A neighborhood icon, reimagined.

For decades the Dari-ette Drive-In was an East Side institution. When we took over 1440 Minnehaha Ave, we knew we weren’t just opening a restaurant — we were carrying a torch.

Boga is our love letter to the block. We kept the spirit of the old drive-in and brought our own flavor: thin, lacy-edged smash patties, real gyro meat off the spit, and gelato spun in small batches every morning.
